Repealing Bill 1944-02, Ord 606 and Bill 1943-03A, Ord 581 relating to solid waste management in the City of Lebanon, Oregon, including but not limited to, granting to Spady-Redfield Corporation, an Oregon Corporation dba Lebanon Sanitation Company, and exclusive franchise to collect, transport, and convey solid waste over and upon the streets of the city; to dispose of recover materials or energy from such solid waste; and declaring an emergency (Repealed by Bill 1986-15, Ord 1999)
