Calling a special election on 05-18-1976, submitting to the legal electors of the City of Lebanon; a proposition authorizing a levy by the City of a tax in the sum of $720,179.00 outside the constitutional limitations for the purpose of providing funds for the operation and maintenance of all departments of the General Fund; and a proposition authorizing a levy by the City of a tax in the sum of $25,607.00 outside the constitutional limitations, for the purpose of providing funds for the continuance of ambulance service with the City of Lebanon, and declaring an emergency
