Calling for a Special Election on 04-29-1975, submitting to the legal electors of the City of Lebanon the following propositions authorizing levies by the City of taxes outside the Constitutional limitations of funds for the following purposes: (1) $380,864.00 for operation and maintenance of the departments of the General Fund; (2) $23,120.00 for the continuance of ambulance service; (3) $21,670.00 for an Administrative Sergeant and half-time Clerk-Dispatcher; (4) $2,000.00 for ambulance heart monitoring equipment; (5) $3,365.50 for a Fire Department Clerk-Office Manger; (6) $25,000.00 for mach monies; (7) $2,000.00 for sidewalk development program; (8) $3,000.00 for bicycle paths; (9) $2,858.00 for Mayor's secretarial help; (10) $7,950.00 for library clerical help and declaring an emergency
