Authorizing and directing the Mayor and the City Recorder to enter into a contract with Morse Brothers, Inc. for the paving of Sherman Street from 10th Street West to the Drain Ditch (Cox Creek); Grant Place; 15th Street from Maple Street to Sherman Street, Wassom Street from the end of existing paving East to 2nd Street; and "A" Street from 3rd Street East one-half block, and declaring an emergency.
