Calling a Special Election on 08-21-1972, submitting to the legal electors of the City of Lebanon: a proposition authorizing a levy by the City of a tax in the sum of $188,824.00 outside the Constitutional limitations for the purpose of providing funds for the operation and maintenance of all departments of the General Fund, the estimated rate of tax necessary therefor being $4.226 per $1,000.00 of true cash value of all the taxable property within the City limits, based on the 1971-1972 assessed valuation; and a proposition authorizing a levy by the City of a tax in the sum of $16,000.00 outside the Constitutional limitations for the purpose of providing funds for the continuance of ambulance service within the City of Lebanon and for the purchase of an ambulance, the estimated rate of tax necessary therefor being $0.358 per $1,000.00 of true cash value of all the taxable property within the City limits, based on the 1971-1972 assessed valuation, and declaring an emergency
