Calling for a Special Election on 12-05-1969, submitting to the legal electors a proposition authorizing a Special Levy by the City of Lebanon of a tax in the sum of $9,000.00 per year for two years, 1970-1971 and 1971-1972, outside the Constitutional limitations for the purpose of providing funds for the purchase of fire trucks for the City of Lebanon, the estimated rate of tax necessary therefore being $0.229 per $1,000.00 of true cash value of all the taxable property within the City limits, based on the 1969-1970 assessed valuation; and a proposition authorizing a special levy by the City of Lebanon of a tax in the sum of $12,000.00 per year for six years, 1970-1971 through 1975-1976, outside the Constitutional limitations for the purpose of providing funds for the replacement or construction of bridges in the City of Lebanon, the estimated rate of tax necessary therefore being $0.305 per $1,000.00 of true cash value of all the taxable property within the City limits, based on the 1969-1970 assessed valuation, and declaring an emergency
