Annexing to the City of Lebanon the following described real property, to wit: beginning at the SE corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Nichols Addition to the City of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon thence North along the East line of said Lot to the South line of Tangent Street; thence West along the South line of Tangent Street to a point 146.2' West of the West line of 11th Street; thence South along a line 146.2' West of the West line of 11th Street to the South line of Vine Street; thence East along the South line of Vine Street to the existing city limits, thence Northerly and Easterly along the existing city limits to the place of beginning upon the written consent filed with the City Council by landowners in said area pursuant to ORS 222.170 and declaring an emergency
