Calling a Special Election on 06-20-1966, submitting to the legal electors a proposition authorizing a levy by the City of Lebanon of a tax in the sum of $69,076.00 outside the Constitutional Limitations, for the purpose of providing and using funds for the operation and maintenance of all departments of the General Fund; and a proposition authorizing a Special Levy by the City of Lebanon of a tax in the sum of $6,000.00 outside the Constitutional Limitations, for the purpose of providing and using funds for the purchase of fire trucks; and a proposition authorizing a Special Levy by the City of Lebanon of a tax in the sum of $13,500.00 outside the Constitutional Limitations, for the purpose of providing and using funds for the improvement and development of and purchase of equipment for City parks, and declaring an emergency
