Park (alley) from Milton Street North to alley; alley between Block 24 and 27, WM Ralston's Addition, ordering the same to be done by contract to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and directing the City Recorder to publish notice inviting proposals for bids, and declaring an emergency
