Taking jurisdiction of the following proposed improvement districts; Hiatt Street from Rose to Dodge Streets; Williams Street from grant to Wheeler streets; Dodge Street from Main to Park Streets; 7th Street from Oak to "D" Streets; 2nd Street from end of paving to S City limits; Milton Street from Williams street to East of Milton; and the alley from Maple Street to Oak Street lying between Main Street and Park Street, ordering the same to be done by contract to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and directing the City Recorder to publish notice inviting proposals for bids, and declaring an emergency (Amended by Bill 1956-31, Ord 956)
