Taking jurisdiction of the following proposed Improvement Districts: Maple Street from 5th Street to the West end of Maple Street; Ralston Drive from Park Drive intersection to the East end of Ralston Drive; Franklin Street from Elmore Street to the Southern Pacific Railway; Park Drive from the South line of Walnut Park Addition to the North line of Block 3, Edes Addition, approximately 435' in length, ordering the same to be done by contract to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and directing the City Recorder to publish notice inviting proposals for bids, and declaring an emergency
