Publishing the Findings of the governing body relating to the condemnation of the cemetery located between Dodge and Carolina Streets and West of Grove Street within the City of Lebanon, Oregon and decreeing the same to be an abandoned cemetery and so located as to endanger the health, welfare, and safety of the public and that the same should be discontinued, related and cleared, and declaring an emergency (Repealed by Bill 1967-56, Ord 1286)
