Taking jurisdiction of proposed street improvement of the following Street Improvement Districts: 6th Street form Tangent Street to Vine Street; West Rose Street from the end of the present paving, West to the West City limits; 7th Street from Tangent Street to Rose Street; Jennings Street from the East end of the present paving on Jennings Street East Hiatt Street; Elmore Street from Franklin Street to and including the intersection with Hiatt Street; Elmore Street from Franklin Street to Filbert Avenue, and ordering the same to be done by contract to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder an directing the City Recorder to publish notice inviting proposals for bids and declaring an emergency
