Sewer Improvement District for the extension of a lateral sewer as follows: Beginning at the end of the present sewer in the alley in Block 2, Queen Ann Addition at a point approximately East from the NE corner of Lot 4 in said block, running thence South in the alley to a manhole to be constructed about N 20' and East 6' from the SE corner of Lot 11 in said block.
