Regulating and restricting the height, number of stories, and size of building: The percentage of lot that may be occupied; the size of yards, courts, and other open spaces; the location and uses of building for trade, industry, residences or other purposes; creating districts for said purposes and establishing the boundaries thereof; providing for changes in the regulation, restrictions and boundaries of each district; defining certain terms used herein; providing penalties for the violation hereof; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith and declaring an emergency (Amended by Bill 1958-21, Ord 1031; Bill 1961-14, Ord 1096; Bill 1965-09, Ord 1175 and Bill 1967-52, Ord 1282)
