Levying against th eproperty specially benefited thereby assessments for the cost of the following improvements; the pavin gof 2nd Street from the South line of Grant Street to the South line of Maple STreet; Maple Street form the East line of 2nd Street to the East line of Park Street; Park Street from the North line of Maple Street to the North line of Vine Street; Ash Street from the West line of Park Street to the East line of 2nd Street; Vine Street form the West line of Park Street to the East line of 3rd Street; Rose Street from the West line of Main Street to the East line of 2nd Street; Isabella Street from the East line of Main Street to the West line of Park Street; Academy Street from the West line of Main Street to the East line of 2nd Street; and the construction of the necessary headers, curbs, and integral curbs and gutters; and declaring an emergency
