Amending Ordinance No. 276 of the City of Lebanon Regulating the construction, erection, raising, lowering, alteration, repair and use of buildings, and to provide for protection again fires, and to define and prescribe the fire limits of the City of Lebanon, Oregon and to repeal all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, and declaring an emergency, by the addition of a section to be known as Section 1A repealing ordinance and parts of ordinance in conflict here with and declaring an emergency
