Providing for holding a Special Election on Friday, the 15th day of May, 1936 for the purpose of submitting to the legal voters of the City of Lebanon, County of Linn, State of Oregon, the question of voting not to exceed $8,000.00 in serial bonds to bear not to exceed five percent interest, $4,000.00 of which shall be payable in 1940 and $4,000.00 in 1941, to provide money for the purchase of a fire pumper and equipment for additional fire protection for said City.
