Prevention of dangerous buildings and structures, defining the same, providing for the punishment for maintaining the same, providing for the abatement and removal thereof, and the charging of the cost of such removal or abatement against the property and repealing Section 6 of ordinance 2 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on the 4th day of August 1891, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith and declaring an emergency(Repealed by Bill 1954-13, Ord 886)
