Sewer Improvement District for the construction of lateral sewers in Airport Road from 7th Street to Highway 20; in 5th Street from Airport Road North to "G" Street; in 5th Street from Airport Road South approximately 700 feet; in the 2nd Street from Airport Road South approximately 400 feet; from Walker Road North and East to serve parts of Gronso's First, Second and Third Additions; from Walker Road North and East across Highway 20 to Primrose Avenue, according to the plans and specifications therefor
