Submitting to the legal electors of the City of Lebanon a proposition authorizing a levy by the City of Lebanon of a tax in the sum of $85,076.00 outside the constitutional limitations, for the purpose of proving funds for the operation and maintenance of all departments of the General Fund, the estimated rate of tax necessary therefor being $2.2896 per $1,000 of true cash value of all the taxable property within the City limits, based on the 1967-1968 assessed valuation
