Submitting Proposed Charter Amendments to the Legal Electors of the City of Lebanon Authorizing the Construction of Additions at the City Sewage Disposal Plant, the Replenishing of the Existing Deficit in the General Fund and the Purchase of Street Equipment and to Sell Bonds for the Aforementioned Proposition in a Sum Not to Exceed $150,000.00 and Submitting to the Legal Electors a Proposal for the Authorization of a 15 Mill Tax Levy in Excess of the 6% Constitution Limitation
