Enter into an agreement with sa!d George H. Randell to accept the payment of One Thousand Eighty Three and 33/100 Dollars ($1,083.33) and give credit of One Hundred Sixteen and 67/100 Dollars ($116.67) for unused vacation pay, in settlement of said claim and release by the City of said George H. Randle for all shortages to the date of his resignation, to-wit, August 3, 1948.
