Enter into a lease with w. R. Davis and Charles W. Winstead, dated June 15, 1946, and expiring October 1 1956, for the leasing of the City Park site : on the Santiam River for an amusement park, and that the Mayor be authorized to execute said lease, and the Recorder to attest the same on behalf of the City of Lebanon.
