Mayor be empowered to execute, and the City Recorder to attest and attach the seal of the City of Lebanon to, that certain contract between the United States of America, acting through the Federal Public Housing Authority, and the City of Lebanon, dated June 13, 1946, and entitled "Contract with Local Body to Provide Temporary Housing Pursuant to Title V (As Amended) of the Lanham Act".
