36 feet on the North side of Ash Street adjacent to the curb and running East from the Southwest corner of the Hall Building, which is located at the Northeast intersection of Main and Ash Street be set aside as a bus zone to be occupied only for parking buses for thirty minutes prior to and during the arrival and departure of buses; that said zone be appropriately marked off and signs placed to give the public notice of this traffic regulation
