Determine that Southern Pacific Railroad shall Build or Cause to be Built a Regulation Cement Sidewalk upon the South Side of Oak Street Extending from the West line of 2nd Street in a Westerly Direction a Distance of 216 1/2', more or less to a Point Connecting with the Cement Sidewalk on Said Premises. Sidewalk will be Built Within 30 Days of this Resolutions.
