Set Aside $1,000 fro the Repair of Main Street Under the Civil Works Act CWA by Removing 7' of Bithulitic Pavement Adjacent to the Curb on Each Side of Street and Replacing the Same With Concrete, the Ratio of Labor and Materials Established by said Federal Agency Will Not be Sufficient to Pay all the Cost of the Material Necessary to Complete the Project
