Combine three improvement bond sinking funds and that the sum of $407.98 be transferred from the general fund to said combined improvement bond sinking funds and that the Treasurer call, pay for with the money so derived, and cancel Improvement Bonds No. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 Series September 1, 1926 amounting to $2,703.42, now held as an investment in the sewer bond sinking fund, and then with other money in the sewer bond sinking fund, buy an interest bearing six months time certificate in the sum of $3,000.00.
