Invest Sewer Bond Sinking Fund and the Dike Sinking fund for the City of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon, uninvested the sums of $5000.00 and $2000.00 so said sums may be drawing interest. Treasurer to invest said sum in 3 percent time certificates of deposit in one or both of the banks of Lebanon.
