Requiring Sidewalks be Built on the South Side of Tangent Street from the West line of 2nd Street westward in said City of Lebanon to 3rd Street, abutting upon and adjacent to Lot 14 in Park View Subdivision in said City, and that there is no sidewalk on the South side of Sherman Street between 3rd and 4th Streets in said City, and abutting upon and adjacent to the lands of the Southern Pacific Company, described as beginning 60 feet west of the Northwest corner of Lot 5 block 8 of Ralston's Third Addition to Lebanon, Oregon, running thence West to 4th Street thence South to Grant Street; thence East to 3rd Street and thence North to the place of beginning,
