Resolution No 1928-03 - Owner of lots shall build or cause to be built a wood sidewalk

Sidewalk in 2nd Street in said City of Lebanon which- abuts upon and is adjacent to the East end of Lots 4,5,6, & 8, in Strawberry Subdivision, and the sidewalk in "C" Street which abuts upon and is adjacent to the north side of lot 4 in said Strawberry Subdivision, are either torn out or are so decayed, rotted,and dilapidated as to be dangerous to persons traveling thereon. Owner of lots shall build or cause to be built a wood sidewalk abutting upon the East end of said Lots 4, 5, 6 & 8 and the North side of Lot 4.
