Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Property Exchange Agreement Between the City of Canby and Canby Utility for the Exchange of Canby Utility's 54.3% Ownership in the Public Works "Shops Property" for Undeveloped Property Adjacent to the "Shops Property", to be Used as a Future Canby Utility Water Treatment Facility, And Authorizing the City Administrator to Sign All Documents Necessary to Complete the Property Transaction
