The session will consider the settlement of Merz. et al v. Heceta Water District. et al., District Court Case No. CV91817TC and the filing of Kinross Copper Corporation v. State of Oregon, Circuit Court Case No. 9609-06900. The executive session is to be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(h).
