Work Session: Portland Central City Transportation Plan/Portland Carbon Monoxide Maintenance Plan Regular Business Meeting beginning after the Work Session (approximately 10:00 a.m.) Notes: Because of the uncertain length of time needed for each agenda item, the Commission may deal with any item at any time in the meeting. If an item is marked with a double asterisk (e.g. **F.), the item is scheduled for a specific time, and an effort will be made to consider that item as close to that time as possible.
