Regular Meeting beginning at 8:30 a.m. Notes: Because of the uncertain length of time needed/or each agenda item, the Commission may deal with any item at any time in the meeting. If a specific time is indicated for an agenda item, an effort will be made to consider that item as close to that time as possible. However, scheduled times may be modified if agreeable with participants. Anyone wishing to be heard or listen to the discussion on any item should arrive at the beginning of the meeting to avoid missing the item of interest. Public Forum: The Commission will break the meeting at approximately 11 :30 a.m. for the Public Forum if there are people signed up to speak. The Public Forum is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Commission on environmental issues and concerns not a part of the agenda for this meeting. Individual presentations will be limited to 5 minutes~ The Commission may discontinue this forum after a reasonable time if an exceptionally large number of speakers wish to appear. A.
