Times noted on the agenda are approximate. An effort will be made to consider items with a designated time as close to that time as possible. However, scheduled times may be modified if agreeable with participants. Anyone wishing to be heard or listen to the discussion on any item should arrive at the beginning of the meeting to avoid missing the item of interest. 10:00 a.m. A. Presentation by Local Governments (Eugene, Springfield, Lane County) B. Public Forum This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Commission on environmental issues and concerns not a part of the agenda for this meeting. Individual presentations will be limited to 5 minutes. The Commission may discontinue this forum after a reasonable time if an exceptionally large number of speakers wish to appear. C. Approval of Minutes D. Approval of Tax Credit Applications Rule Adoptions Hearings have already been held on the Rule Adoption iiems; therefore any testimony received will be limited to comments on changes proposed by the Department in response to hearing testimony.
