Individual presentations will be limited to 5 minutes. Discussion of Issues Raised in Testimony on Proposed Rules for Mining Operations using Chemicals to Extract Metals from Ores NOTE: The purpose of the work session is to provide an opportunity for informal discussion of the above items. The Commission will not be making decisions at the work session. · Because of the uncertain length of time needed, the Commission may deal with any item at any time in the meeting except those set for a specific time. Anyone wishing to be }1eard on any item not having a set time should arrive at the beginning of the meeting to avoid missing any item of interest. The next Commission meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 1991, at the Flying-M . Ranch located 16 miles northwest of McMinnville, Oregon. A work session is planned at the same location on September 18, 1991.
