Request for Authorization to Conduct a Public Hearing on Proposed Rules to Establish Chapter 340, Division 130, Procedures Governing the Issuance of Environmental Hazard Notices. Because of the uncertain length of time needed, the Commission may deal with any item at any time in the meeting except those set for a specific time.
