PUBLIC FORUM This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Commission on environmental issues and concerns not a part of this scheduled meeting. The Commission may discontinue this forum after a reasonable time if an exceptionally large number of speakers wish to appear. HEARING AUTHORIZATIONS D. Request for Authorization to Conduct a Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Hazardous Waste Fee Schedules, OAR 340-102-065 and 340-105-113. ACTION AND INFORMATION ITEMS Public hearings have previously been conducted on items marked by an asterisk (*). The Commission may, however, wish additional information on these items and accept comments from interested persons or call on interested persons to answer questions. This opportunity shall not replace comments at public hearings. Public testimony will be accepted on all other i terns. E.
