Proposal to Declare a Threat to Drinking Water in a Specifically Defined Area in Mid-Multnomah County Pursuant to ORS 454.275 et. seq. 1:00 pm B. OEQ--46 This is not a public hearing. Oral testimony will not be received. If the Commission finds a threat to drinking water, the findings and recommendations will be published as a notice in the newspapers providing the opportunity to appeal. Within 15 days of public notice of findings, a petition may be filed with the Commission to present oral or written arguments on the findings and recommendations. If a petition is received, the Commission will set a time and place for further discussion. Metro Request for Review and Approval of Waste Reduction Program.
