The public and press will be able to listen to the conference call meeting in room 1400 of the DEQ offices at 522 S. W. Fifth Avenue, Portland. Testimony will only be taken on whether or not to authorize the holding of public hearings. This meeting is scheduled pursuant to the Public Meetings Law, ORS 192.640. ### OE0--46
