Request for authorization to conduct a public hearing to consider repeal of Mid-Willamette Area Nuisance Rule, OAR 340-29-020, in response to Legislative Council comments. E. Request for authorization to conduct a public hearing to consider adoption of the Control Strategy for Total Suspended Particulate for the Medford AQMA as a revision of the State Implementation Plan (SIP).
