If any item is of special interest to the Commission or sufficient need for public comment is indicated, the Chairman may hold any item over for discussion. A. PUBLIC FORUM This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Commission on environmental issues and concerns not a part of this scheduled meeting. Request for Authorization to Hold a Public Meeting on Rule Amendments to Delegate Air Quality Plan Approval and Denial Authority to the Director.
