Request for adoption of rules for the development and management of the Statewide Sewerage Works Constructfon Grants Priority List (OAR 340-53-005 through 53-035); and approval of the FY 1981 Construction Grants Priority List developed in accordance with the aforementioned rule. P. Request for adoption of changes to Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Rules (OAR 340-22-100) and changes to permit fee rules (OAR 340-20-155) as amendments to the State Implementation plan. Q.
