The meeting was a public hearing on PGE's Harborton facility, and this was brought to the Commission as a special item because of the urgency of the matter. Unified Sewerage Agency of Washington County Allocation of Connections The Department has evaluated the proposal submitted by the Unified Sewerage Agency and concludes that the proposed program is a reasonable alternative to the monthly quota system originally proposed by the Department in Medford on July 26, l 973. The USA proposal will permit allocation of 2/3 of the remaining treatment plant capacity during the next year. Allocation of connections beYond that point will be subject to reevaluation of remaining plant capacity.
