The Department of Environmental Quality has opened public comment for proposed permanent changes to chapter 340 division 257 of the Oregon Administrative Rules.
Proposal Summary:
DEQ proposes the Environmental Quality Commission approve rule amendments to OAR 340, division number 257 that would update existing Low and Zero Emission Vehicle Program rules to match revisions adopted by California in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018.
