In 2015, EPA revised the primary and secondary ozone NAAQS to 70 parts per billion and Oregon must update the infrastructure and interstate transport elements of the State Implementation Plan by October 1, 2018. This proposed rule would document Oregon DEQ’s completion of the required infrastructure and interstate transport submittals as part of Oregon SIP.
