The following Qtime numbers have been established for this program. They are effective October 1st, so I would encourage anyone working on this activity but recording their hours in a different timecenter this month, to please move them to the appropriate new timecenter. Let me know if you have any questions.

Qtime #45727: EV Rebate Program Development & Implementation

Project #A18221: EV REBATE PROGRAM-DEVELOP & IMPLEMENTATN

Qtime #45728: Rulemaking: AQ EV Rebate Program

Project #A18222: EV REBATE PROGRAM-RULEMAKING

Do you know what funding code you are going to put this work under? I need to change the funding table for the budget module to match.

Thanks!

Just talked to Matt. We need to get 2 new Qtime numbers, 1 for the work and 1 for rulemaking using AMFFGF. And then we’ll also need to move Rachel’s time under Qtime #39699 to the new one once it’s set up.

I’m assuming we need to fill out the form that the budget group approves? Do you know where that form is located?

I’m going to call him after 2:30 when they should be done interviewing, but wanted to be sure I knew what I was talking about. We’ll probably have to correct her hours from June – September. I’ll keep you posted.

Yes it would be, and the 50 hours seems like a lot… Seems like some of that should be charged to AMFFGF like Matt indicated earlier today….

I looked at Rachel’s Qtime for June – September and she’s charging 39699 ORLEV 14 hrs in August and 50 hrs in September. It looks like the OR LEV is coming from PCA 11213, project #A0700-00 and that it is coming out of AMOF – would that be the OR LEV money?

Come on down if you get a chance?

Seems like we may have to correct where she’s been charging?

Becca and Melinda, can you help us with this? The new Qtime should not point to the OLEV fees – it should point to AMFFGF.

Hi Matt – we don’t have one now, correct? Seems like I remember us using a general climate q code now? Also, what is the DEQ process to get one assigned to EV Rebate work? Assume I request it from someone in Mark Brown’s shop. Thanks!

Hi Mark,

According to Meyer I need a Q-time code for the EV rule. Can you obtain one for me?

Thanks,

Rachel

That seems to be a generic number associated with low emission vehicle programs. Rulemaking projects are supposed to get their own, unique q time numbers so we can track time put into each rulemaking. Can you please ask the program manager for this project to obtain a q time number specific to this rulemaking?

Thank you.

39699 is the Q time number I’ve been using.

I don’t know what one you’re using or where it came from. Every rulemaking must get an original, new number that is unique to that rulemaking. If the number you’re using was specifically created for this rulemaking that’s fine. If not, we need a new one. What is the one you are using?

So, is the one I’ve been currently using not sufficient? Or do you just need that number?

Rachel,

We need a new, original, Q time number for the ev rebate rulemaking. Can you please ask your manager to get one for this project.

Thank you.
