Art Glass Permanent Rules – Draft Rules for EQC Approval Posted

Summary

DEQ proposes that the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission (EQC) approve proposed permanent rules for colored art glass manufacturers (CAGMs). This proposal is based on the temporary rules adopted by EQC in April 2016, with modifications based on new information and public comment.

DEQ has posted the staff report for the proposed Art Glass Permanent Rules. The EQC will be taking action on the proposed rules at their Sept. 29 meeting. EQC meetings are open to the public and the commission will accept public comment during the meeting on the proposed rules prior to taking action.
